Alabaster rock originates from the pharaonic era of Egypt. These delicate candle holders are handmade and cut from crystallized stone in the Luxor region. Cutting is done gradually over the course of a few days so that the crystals don't break. They are carved into various sizes with subtle dimension differences, making each piece unique.

When lit, the subtle veins of the rock shine through, giving any room, center piece or window chair a warm and inviting glow.

To avoid wax sticking to the bottom of the candle holder we advise putting sand on the base of the candle holder.

Alabaster stone cannot be cleaned with water. To remove stains you can use a fine grain sandpaper.

Because of the natural character of alabaster, each candleholder can vary in shape and color.
